An example of what to send
Cleaning a carpet badly is easy, and the damage does not always show until later. Here is how we work to avoid that.
Wool, silk, nylon and polypropylene behave differently under heat, moisture and detergent. We identify what you have before choosing how to clean it.
You will know what is included, what is extra and how we reached the figure, in writing, before any work begins.
Some stains are permanent dye damage. If we do not think a mark will come out, we will say so before you pay for us to try.
Goods lifts, parking, management permits and after-hours access are part of cleaning in Hong Kong. We sort these out with you in advance.
Most Hong Kong flats have little spare room and limited airflow, so drying time matters as much as the clean itself.
Offices, hotels, shops and clubhouses need the work finished on schedule, with as little disruption as possible.
Four steps, without surprises.
Send a photo and the rough size by WhatsApp or the quote form.
We recommend a method and give you a written quote. Larger or delicate jobs may need a visit first.
We check the fibre and colours, treat problem areas, then clean by the agreed method.
We go over the result with you and explain how to speed up drying and when you can walk on it.
Vacuuming removes loose dirt. It cannot deal with what has bonded to the fibres or settled deep in the pile.
We take bookings across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. Tell us your building, and we will confirm access and timing.
Send a photo and the rough size by WhatsApp, or use the quote form. For small jobs that is usually enough. Large areas and delicate rugs may need a look in person first.
Fitted carpet is cleaned where it lies. Sofas are normally cleaned on site too. A loose rug can often be cleaned on site, but a hand-knotted or delicate rug may be better cleaned off site. We will advise you which suits yours.
It depends on the method, the carpet and the air in the room. Hong Kong humidity slows drying. Running air conditioning, a dehumidifier or a fan helps, and we will give you an estimate for your job.
No. Many stains lift completely, but some dyes, bleach marks and old pet stains change the fibre itself. We will tell you what we realistically expect before we start.
The more we know, the more accurate the quote. These details help most:
