Coverage by region

Hong Kong Island: Central and Western, Wan Chai, Eastern and Southern districts.

Kowloon: Yau Tsim Mong, Sham Shui Po, Kowloon City, Wong Tai Sin and Kwun Tong.

New Territories: Kwai Tsing, Tsuen Wan, Tuen Mun, Yuen Long, North, Tai Po, Sha Tin and Sai Kung.

Outlying Islands: ask us first, as ferries and vehicle access affect what is possible.

We have written separate guides only where customers' needs are noticeably different. If your district is not among them, we can still help. Just tell us your building.

What changes from place to place

High-rise residential estates

Access is usually easy, but check for goods lift hours and any rules from your management office. Smaller flats with fewer windows can take longer to dry, so we plan for airflow.

Commercial buildings

Grade A offices often require after-hours work, permits and contractor documents. It helps to involve your building or facilities manager early. See office carpet cleaning.

Industrial and converted buildings

Goods lifts are generally good, although loading bays and hours can be restricted. Kowloon East has many offices like this.

Village houses and low-rise homes

Stairs and parking are the main considerations, and homes near the sea or hillside often have more damp. Equipment may need carrying up from the road, so tell us about access when you ask for a quote.

What we need to know

Your district, type of building, floor, lift access and parking are enough for us to plan the visit.

Common questions

Do you have an office in my district?

We travel to customers to do the work. Please do not assume that we have a shop or office in any particular district. Contact us to arrange a visit.

Is there a travel charge for some areas?

If your location affects the cost, for example because of very limited access, we will include this in your quote so that it is clear before you agree.

Tell us about your carpet

Send a photo on WhatsApp or fill in the form. We will reply with what we recommend and a quote.
